To qualify for our transitional housing programs, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Youth programs may be available for those 16-17 with guardian consent.
Currently experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or at risk of losing housing. Documentation may be required.
Willingness to participate in case management, life skills training, and work toward self-sufficiency goals.
Valid government-issued ID, Social Security card (or proof of application), and any relevant documentation of housing status.
Criminal background check required. Certain convictions may affect eligibility. Each case is reviewed individually.
Commitment to maintaining a substance-free environment. Support services and referrals available for recovery programs.
